In a scathing speech before Parliament, Deputy Gustavo Salle denounced the existence of a global financial and regulatory plot that, he claims, was designed years before the start of COVID-19 vaccinations. Salle directly linked figures such as Jeffrey Epstein and Bill Gates to the creation of this structure, accusing them of orchestrating a criminal mafia dedicated to plundering public resources through international organizations like the WHO.
