🇬🇧🇺🇸 #English – Dr. Iro Chagua launches his roadmap for a health revolution from the Congress against transhumanism and the elites.
March 2026.
Dr. Iro Chagua, a leading figure of the medical resistance in Peru, is taking his struggle to the legislative arena with his candidacy for the Senate under the «Fe en el Perú» party. With a direct discourse against what he calls «COVID poison» and the denunciation of foreign biotechnological experiments on national soil, Chagua promises to turn his seat into a trench against WHO treaties and the advancement of global agendas that, he claims, threaten the biological integrity of the population.
The central pillars of this intervention are:
- Legitimacy and Leadership of the Movement:
Dr. Chagua positions himself as the primary medical reference in Peru for what he calls the «anti-system movement» (misnamed «anti-vaccine»). He distances himself from «opportunists» who have recently joined, validating his stance with a track record of more than 5 years of constant activism.
- Medical Resistance Figures:
He claims that in the official records of the Medical College of Peru, there are more than 4,000 doctors with «zero doses» of the COVID-19 vaccine. He maintains that thousands of others appear as vaccinated only due to corruption or pressure from the system to avoid losing their jobs, describing the situation as a crisis of sanitary morality.
- Denunciation of «Transhumanism» and Sovereignty:
He defines transhumanism as the main national security problem. His legislative agenda prioritizes the review of international treaties, specifically the Pandemic Treaty and the International Health Regulations, which he considers global control tools that violate individual freedom and «sanitary free will.»
- Biolaboratories and Biotechnological Warfare:
He denounces a 1983 agreement between the Peruvian Navy and the United States Navy to install laboratories in the Amazon (Iquitos). He argues that these centers are used for biological weapons experiments and directly links the appearance of the Aedes aegypti mosquito (dengue transmitter) in 1984 with the activity of these foreign laboratories.
- Impact on National Public Health:
He argues that since the installation of these foreign influences, infectious pathologies in Peru (dengue, malaria, TB, HIV) have systematically worsened. He proposes using the power of the Senate to expel these biolaboratories and reclaim the biological sovereignty of Peruvian territory.
